Get scallops. Get haddock. Goujonize haddock. Season and leave asidePut on brown rice. It takes 45 minutes. Or use Basmati, it takes 12.One onion, three cloves of garlic (or to taste. Fry onion (hemp oil's good, the legal stuff) until very soft. Chop two cloves of garlic in and soften. Add tomato puree. Add Patak paste (or curry powder) and water and simmer for half an hour.Crush clove of garlic. Hot pan, olive or hemp oil. Scallops first, then haddock, then garlic.
