This is a taster for the kind of podcast I'll be doing soon for a major Scottish magazine aimed at an international audience. More news about that soon, but meanwhile, here's the first of The Whisky Ghosts stories.
It combines a haunting tale of dogs, Skye and crofters (all the details are essentially true, by the way) with the tasting of three whiskies. You can drink along with me, if you like. The three drams are available as a Talisker three-pack of miniatures for around £12. No sponsorship, by the way - I just happened to find it in our local community shop. You should have your Talisker Storm, Talisker 10-year-old and Talisker Skye ready to go. In that order.
I'm doing a series of live one-man shows based on the stories, complete with whiskies and Scottish snacks! Contact me for details. A kilt may be involved.
The full text of the story is at the Slorach website, which you can reach via the page tab at the top of this site, or by clicking here.
